As there were not many info online for Rebelbet agent, decided to test them myself even though i was skeptic from the beginning.
There were 2 reasons why i was skeptic:
1) They advertise that they are regulated
''Rebel Bet is licensed and regulated b. The gaming license requires us to hold sufficient funds in our bank accounts to honour all customer winnings.''
Obviously there is zero change to get your money from any agent if he decides to run with your money, in any case though there is no need to advertise that you are regulated when you are not.
2) They are having a facebook page whereas a real person is promoting their page. Never seen something like that before as all agents prefer to keep a low profile , they are not showing their faces on facebook.
In any case i decided to deposit 1k which is the maximum amount i was willing to loss. Asked for a 10bet account. Worth to mention that they have Live365 which is a kind of bet365 clone. Live365 is interesting even though i asked some greek friends about it (live365 is used mainly in greek illegal betting shops), and was told that limitation is fast.
Unlike other agents, my 10bet account was opened on a real person name. This leads me to believe that they are not 10bet agent but they just open accounts from various ID's.
Long story short, asked for a withdrawal from 10bet account. After 1-2 days account locked from 10bet. Reason was VPN usage which was prohibited from their 10bet T&C. Many books have this term these days, personally never had any issue with any other book before for such reason though. Imo account was marked from the beginning as it was opened in Netherlands and the day after was used from Cyprus.
Obviously didn't got my winnings, returned my deposits though, overall 1.6k of profit lost.
They could inform customers about the risk of having their account locked if you use VPN (like bet-football who is warning you that if you use 1xbet for mirror leagues you are taking risks of having your account locked). If i was informed about that term, i would use a dedicated ip, still believe account would be locked anyways.
Overall, rebelbet don't seem scammers but i wouldn't use them as my main mollybet provider.
