KYC policy

Our KYC policy is in-line with industry standard and it is required that all our customers are verified in order to be able to use all of our services without any hindrance. If you want to make a deposit via Bank or BTC, you will have to verify your account before we can provide you with the deposit details. If you opt to use any of the eWallets (MuchBetter, Skrill, Neteller or ecoPayz), you will be able to make a direct deposit via our website, without reaching out to the Customer Support, and you will be required to provide KYC documentation afterwards.

Still, it is our strong recommendation that you provide up-to-date, necessary KYC documentation as soon as possible to avoid any possible problems.

Soweit ich das verstanden habe:
Sportmarket muss bei allen Wetten die auf OrbitX von ihren Kunden platziert werden 20% "Position nehmen", sie halten also 20% der Wette. Die restlichen 80% deiner Wette werden von OrbitX an Betfair weitergeleitet. Da Sportmarket eben diese 20% deiner Wette nicht direkt annehmen wollen, sie also nicht gegen dich wetten wollen, buchen sie dir 20% extra Guthaben auf dein Konto. Wettest du nun bei OrbitX 100€ zu Quote 2,0, so sind nur 80€ von deinem Geld (aber auch nur 80% im Endeffekt dein Gewinn). Commission jetzt mal vernachlässigt ergibt sich die Rechnung: Gewinnst du deine Wette -> 100€ Gewinn wovon 20€ de facto Sportmarket gehören (Sie ziehen ja bei jeder Auszahlung 20% ab). Sie gewinnen also 20€ durch deine Wette, verlieren aber gleichzeitig 20€ ihrer Position (wodurch sie auf 0€ kommen).

Long story short:
Um also wirklich 100€ zu setzen musst du 125€ platzieren (100€ / 80% immer gewünschter Einsatz durch 0,8 teilen).

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in direct accounts through Sportmarket.

We are able to provide you with direct accounts with some of our bookmakers/exchanges: PS3838 (Pinnacle), Matchbook, SBO, IBC, ISN and OrbitX. The advantage compared to having your own accounts with them is that we can move funds between the accounts for free and you only need to deal with us for deposits and withdrawals, not having loads of transactions across borders or in your eWallets.

In order to open an account with any of these bookmakers/exchanges your initial deposit to the new account needs to be minimum €500*.
* For OrbitX accounts, minimum deposit at the moment is €250.

Your Sportmarket account has to be fully verified first in order to get direct account with any of the above-mentioned bookmakers/exchanges.

*If you agree with the above given terms and if you account is fully verified, please let us know which bookmaker you want us to create direct account with and what amount would you like to deposit on the new account with the chosen bookmaker so we can take it from there.*

OrbitX (EUR)

OrbitX is powered by Betfair, so all the bet-options and liquidity you can find on Betfair you will find on OrbitX as well.

For OrbitX accounts, commission is set at 3% and it is charged on net winnings per market and there are no restrictions for anyone. In addition to that, we are forced to take 20% position on clients. This means that only 80% of the balance is yours. Therefore, the conditions are the following (we will use round numbers in our example to explain) in order to avoid PT:

- When you wish to deposit funds to your OrbitX account, for example 800 EUR, we would take this amount from your Sportmarket account and send it to OrbitX. Your OrbitX account would be credited with 1000 EUR as only 80% would be yours (due to 20% position), basically 800 EUR + 200 EUR.

- When you wish to withdraw funds from OrbitX, for example 800 EUR, we would remove 1000 EUR from your OrbitX account and send 800 EUR to your Sportmarket account.

By giving you additional 20%, we avoid PT from OrbitX, you can find additional examples below.

When agent is taking position, they are winning, when you are losing.

So we are giving you 200 EUR for your 800 EUR - total of 1000 EUR. So, if you lose all - we win 200 EUR, but we have given you 200 EUR in the start, so we are on 0.
Or, if you win 3000 EUR, we lost 400 EUR (due to PT, we have to pay you out). But when you withdraw, we take those 20% of our funds -> 600 EUR = initial 200 EUR + 400 EUR we "lost" on PT.


**On OrbitX, bets can only be placed manually, it is not possible to use trading software.

seit kurzem sind die sbo-quoten auf sportmarket extrem klein. im anhang zwei beispiele.
einmal wird mir das over 3 zu @1.81 angezeigt, klicke ich drauf bekomme ich nur noch @1.405
im zweiten beispiel sieht man den vergleich zwischen ibc und sbo (1.68 vs 1.355)

was hat es damit auf sich?

In some cases, these changes have resulted in customers experiencing significantly reduced bet placement success rates and/or significantly worse prices appearing on the betslip.

SBO have informed us that specific accounts will be ‘marked’, without prior notice, at the sole discretion of their Risk Team. In extreme cases this can result in the standard odds being reduced by half e.g. 1.84 reduced to 1.42.

IBC prices are displaying on the betslip as normal but on placement they frequently return the message “We are updating odds, please try again later.” This often results in the odds being reduced despite the bet not being placed.

Ich bin echt mal gespannt ob Sportmarket da was machen kann. Ich bin seit Jahren bei denen Kunde und war immer zu 110% zufrieden, jedoch können solche Aktionen dem Asiaten das Genick brechen.
Wie ist es denn bei den anderen Asiaten? Bet-Football? Aisanconnect? Wurde dies seitens IBC und SBO ebenfalls so kommuniziert?
