Nafta - Maribor

Tough one to say at least. High "voltage" in this clash tomorrow.

who resigned as
Nafta coach, very quickly (almost too quickly
) took
over the post in
Maribor. So his first game with the new team will be played
at his "home" place.
However not much hospitality will be waiting for him there. I'm sure he'll
have a hard time already at his 1st encounter, as the Nafta fans can be quite
noisy sometimes. Still not as noisy as the Maribor ones, who will be arriving
to Lendava (Nafta) for sure and the police will have much work again.
So tension pre and at the game and maybe even afterwards.
Now to my expectations...
Nafta will imo stand firm tomorrow. Their interim coach
Skaper was successful
after Gjurovski left and took a point in hot Ptuj (Drava). Skaper was Gjurovski's
"right hand" therefore he must know much about his strategies. As he showed
in Ptuj in second half (2-0), he knows how to put up his team and that's why
I'm expecting a good fight tomorrow.
Maribor owns the quality, but
Nafta at home and the players highly motivated
vs the former coach...
Odds are imo set well for this game and Maribor should be considered as
slight favourite, but then considering all the mentioned I see a draw as the
most possible outcome.
But have to add immediately that I don't have a right feeling about the game
as with all the tension it could also go either way, so no result will surprise
me...
Maybe the OVER is the best solution here, heard Milko (Gjurovski) saying
he'll go even more agressively with his new club, but then the odds @1.70
deserve a low stake as well as the whole game...

Celje - Koper
...VS...
First thought on this game was clear HW and the odds @1.90-sh just great
for the idea. However after some checking I see a hard game for the home
side too. Anyway I'm sure the 6-0 from the last can't be repeated (Drava)
and that
Koper is aware of that result.
Celje under
Pinni (coming from where Koper is, Seaside region) looks really
good and improving and after driving over Drava 6-0, they brought a point
from Pinni's former club Gorica 0-0, showing they're a serious team with
much responsibility of making a good result. Their score is 2-3-0 (W-D-L)
and for today they're not planning their first loss for sure.
Koper on the other hand showed they are ultimate fighters and with that
attitude they took the 3 points from Maribor (huge luck here as the MB forward
wasted the impossible) and managed to stay unbeaten in Domzale 0-0,
due to the fact the home team was denied a postponement, while waiting
for the CL qualie game vs Dinamo Zagreb and resting some important players
and surely playing unmotivated.
But then Koper is playing an attacking game, they did so even against
Primorje (0-2), but were outsmarted by old fox Prasnikar (Primorje coach)
and received two goals by the patient home side. They also had the control
and posession on their last game vs Interblock (1-1) and I'm expecting another
good fight at the beloved stadium in Celje again. Koper conquered 2 cup
finals here in the last 2 seasons!
I see more quality and playing experience at Celje and Koper are still having
some squad problems, also they have to adjust the new men, therefore
I'm taking the HW, but plain win and not the -0.75 asian, as this can finally
show as a close matter.
Maybe I'll put some change on Celje winning by 1 option as the result 2-1
is coming to my mind here...
