Although Buffalo has the advantage of playing at home today, Western Michigan may be the best team in the MAC and will likely cruise to victory. Keep an eye on Reed, as he is one of the top shooters in the nation.

Western Michigan -7 at Buffalo for 6 units (Favorite Play)
I've spent a couple of hours on this game, and I just can't see how WM does'nt cover. Buffalo had their little spurt and while they are improved from last year, they are still not in the same class with the best team in the MAC. Miami Oh went into Buffalo and beat them by 10 a few nights ago by playing solid defense, and WM is a solid defensive team. On offense Reed is playing much better and looks to be fully recovered from the knee surgery and should have a nice game today. WM should have an edge inside and should win the rebound battle and cover with a dd win.

I'm releasing my MAC PLAY of the YEAR...... This is it. Fire with guns on auto today......
Western Mishitgan -7 at Barfalo. Only time the two teams will play (unless UB makes the tourney somehow and plays the 1, which WMU will be).
Great coaching, good depth, good guard play and better overall talent makes this a no-brainer. If WMU wins by 6 or less, call me a fool but I'll be cussing myself. This, honestly, is the first time in the history of my 10-year betting career that I have seen a 7-point favorite be an absolute LOCK to win the game straight up. I don't know what the ML is or if it's even offered, but talk about giving away money.........
Do with it what you want to. Battle can only do so much. They're simply outmanned, and a half-full Alumni Arena isn't going to cure that.
Prediction: Western Mishitgan 79, Barfalo 59
The play: 1500 on Western -7
