What is bonus money (free credit)?
Bonus money is free money which you receive and is added to your account credit to allow you to play and bet longer. This money cannot be withdrawn unless you have reached 100% of the playthrough.
When you play games or place bets, your withdrawable money will be used first and then your bonus money.
You can play and win with the bonus money but you cannot withdraw it immediately. In order to convert the bonus money (not withdrawable) into withdrawable money you need to reach a 100% playthrough. The playthrough is the number of times you need to bet the amount of the bonus money in order to convert it into withdrawable money. On Circus the basic playthrough is 30. So when you’ve bet the amount of the bonus 30 times, you’ve completed the playthrough (100%). You can then withdraw the bonus money as it has already been converted into withdrawable money.
To reach the playthrough, it’s important that the sum of your bets corresponds to 30 times the initial bonus amount (its worth). You can play both with withdrawable money and bonus money on any of the dice games or dice slots or bet on a sports bets with a quote of 1,4 or higher.
For the sports bets your stakes have a greater impact on the playthrough depending on the quote:
-A bet on a betting slip with a quote between 1,40 and 1,80 counts for 100% in the calculation of the playthrough.
-A bet on a betting slip with a quote between 1,81 and 2,20 counts for 500% in de calculation of the playthrough.
-A bet on a betting slip with a quote of 2,21 or higher counts for 1000% in the calculation of the playthrough.
*The playthrough for bets on the virtual sports events remains 30.
For example:
You’ve received a € 10 bonus. This is bonus money. To convert this into withdrawable money, you need to bet on the dice games, the dice slots or sports bets with a quote of 1,40 or higher.
-A stake of €10 on a dice game, a dice slot or a virtual sports bet counts for 1/30th of the amount you have to bet to reach the total playthrough.
-A stake of €10 on a sports bet with a quote between 1,40 and 1,80 counts for 1/30th of the amount you have to bet to reach the total playthrough (the stake has a value of 100% in this range of quotes).
- A stake of €10 on a sports bet with a quote between 1,81 and 2,20 counts for 1/6th of the amount you have to bet to reach the total playthrough (the stake has a value of 500% in this range of quotes).
- A stake of €10 on a sports bet with a quote of 2,20 or higher counts for 1/3rd of the amount you have to bet to reach the total playthrough (the stake has a value of 1000% in this range of quotes).
In practice:
€10 (amount of the bonus you received) x 30 (playthrough) = € 300 stake
When the sum of your stake = €100, you’ve attained 33% of the playthrough
When the sum of your stake = €150, you’ve attained 50% of the playthrough
In the bonus history (overview on the page ‘bonus history’

you can have a look at the percentage of the playthrough you’ve reached any time you want. When you reach 100%, the available bonus money is converted into withdrawable money. The status of your money will then change into 'already converted into withdrawable money'.
The available bonus money, as indicated in the bonus history, will change according to your winnings and losses on the games and the sports bets when you use bonus money to play. Therefore, the available bonus money can be less or more than the initial bonus. The winnings of your sports bets will be added to the available bonus money whereas the winnings of the games will be added directly to the account balance. The losses on the games and the sports bets for which you used bonus money will be detracted from the available bonus money.
If you lose, the available bonus money can drop to zero. In this case, and insofar there is no more money tied up in a game or a sports bet, the status of the bonus will be indicated as lost. In case there are still games or bets ongoing, even if the available bonus money equals zero, this money will keep the status of bonus money which is not withdrawable.
The bonus money is free credit which is naturally subject to a condition before it can be withdrawn. This specific condition entails that the playthrough must be fully attained (100%) before the bonus can be considered for a withdrawal. When a withdrawal is requested, the withdrawal is per definition made in withdrawable money. The bonus money available at the time of the withdrawal will be cancelled. In this case, and insofar there is no more money tied up in a game or a sports bet, the status of the bonus will be indicated as cancelled. In case there are still games or bets ongoing, even if the available bonus money equals zero, this money will keep the status of bonus money.
To sum up, if a withdrawal is requested (withdrawable money), the available bonus money is cancelled and drops to €0.
For example:
The account balance (withdrawable money + bonus money) is €318, including €18 bonus money. If you request a withdrawal of €200, this means:
€318 (account balance)
– €200 (amount withdrawn)
– €18 (amount bonus money cancelled)
------------------------------------
= €100 (new account balance)
Habe gerade 250€€ eingezahlt und somit inkl. Bonus 500€.
