hallo,

ich habe letzte woche ein konto bei betoto eröffnet und schnell von 100 euro, 1800 euro erwirtschaftet, rein mit sportwetten.
Als ich nun auszahlen wollte, bat man mich die Kopie eines Personalausweises oder Ähnlichem hochzuladen und es erreichte mich die Email, dass sobald sie meine ID haben, das Geld sofort weiter an die Finanzabteilung und von dort aus auf mein Bankkonto geht.
Gestern wollte ich mich dann in mein Konto einloggen und es war gesperrt !
Natürlich war ich schockiert und sah in meinen Mails nach und tatsächlich.
Diese mail kam dann von betoto an mich:

Dear Mr xxx,

Thank you for your e-mail.

We regret toinform you that your account has been closed for security reasons andwill not be re-opened. There will be no payout from your account. Thisdecision has been made based upon our Terms and Conditions:

" 4.The company reserves the right to exclude users from participating inany of the games of bwin International Ltd. at its discretion."

"5.In case of suspected manipulations or fraud, and in case of anyviolation of these Terms and Conditions, in particular the multiplesimultaneous participation in games and the opening of severalaccounts, the company may exclude the respective customer from placingfurther bets and from participating in other games. Any criminal orsuspicious activities may be reported to the appropriate authorities."

Da steht doch tatsächlich, dass es KEINE Auszahlung meines Wettguthabens gibt. Ist das normal bei denen? Wie kann ich nun vorgehen, kann mir da jemand behilflich sein?
Es ist doch absolut unsinnig, dass sie erst eine Personalausweiskopie sehen wollen und danach mein Konto einfach sperren und das Geld nicht auszahlen.
Könnte man gerichtlich vorgehen?

Meine Englischkenntnisse sind nicht perfekt, aber in dem AGB-Auszug steht doch nichts davon, dass sie im Falle von Mehrfachaccounts keine Auszahlung machen. Sie dürfen dein Wettkonto sperren, mehr aber auch nicht. Wenn sie erst zum Auszahlungszeitpunkt draufkommen, dass du mehrere Wettkonten betrieben hast ist das ihr Pech.

hm, wie soll ich da weiterverfahren? zumal es garantiert KEIN Mehrfachaccount war !?

heute dann so eine komische mail bekommen:

Dear Mr xxx,

Thank you for your e-mail.

We canconfirm that due to security reasons you will not receive the balanceof your account. Your outpayment was initially cancelled as we statedon the 21.03.2009 due to the fact that we had not received your ID copyin time.

As you account has been closed by our securitydepartment in accordance with our terms and conditions which you havereceived in our previous correspondence there will be not pay out fromthis account.

We regret any inconvenience caused as this decision will not be changed.

Heißt dieser Satz nicht das die Leute einfach ausschließen dürfen, die schon bei bwin International Ltd. bekannt sind? Nicht gerade die feine englische Art...
