ich habe meinen Kontoauszug als Adressnachweis gesendet, allerdings einige Sachen wie Transfers, Kontostand, geschwärzt...das geht die ja nix an.
Jetzt bekam ich folgende Antwort und verstehe nicht ganz, was Sie damit meinen. Wäre nett, wenn jemand Licht ins dunkle bringen könnte.

Please be aware that we cannot accept any emails containing the details of your bank card.We can only accept documents with bank card details as the following example (Ex. 1234 56** **** 7890). Otherwise, documentation with this information might not be accepted and you may be required to re-submit your documentation. This may result in additional delays in completing the verification of your account.
