Well a big spread line for a match which is at least 50 50. Both teams have their strengths and weaknesses , but Oklahoma this year more than the last year is looking like the more serious team. Even when they are not playing good cause of their quality they win matches and that the virtue only of the greatest. Oklahoma started playing better defense than last year , and in offense they lost a bit but gained more on other fields. Denver was overachieving some parts of the season , by that I mean after the Anthony trade, they are a homogenic team , but still I see them having more flaws than Oklahoma has. Oklahoma posses 2 all star players in Westbrook and Durant , one of the better league defenders in Perkins , one fo the better blockers in Ibaka , one of the better 6th man in Harden … By Denver it looks more like between average and great, but that’s not th highest level. Yes they are very nice to watch and the lack of superstars is being compensated by players who all are very very good , what for example doesn’t have most of the teams such varity of equally good players, but the Nuggets simply don’t like playing Oklahoma , I think they would have bigger chances against a slower team , where all would be decided in -5/+5 , and than their strength in hitting 3 pointers in which they are probably the most dangerous team in the league would have a bigger impact on the corse of the game. The clear favorite of this series is Oklahoma…

Memphis – SAS
Nobody has the right to say that Memphis has no chances in this clash. Ginobili the most important player by the Spurs is not at 100% and that is a significant setback, but still I see in the end the Spurs ahead…maybe a 7game series , we will see…This can go on both sides , I doubt that Memphis is able to make a more significant win against SAS despite the Spurs have surely other teams they prefer over the Grizzlies. I see the only , can not say only, but the biggest advantage for Memphis is the paint, not cause Duncan and DeBlair are less quality than M.Gasol and Randolph than cause much of Grizzlies game is based around the paint , strong rebounding and post up plays to Z.Randolph. If Ginobili starts to play his annoying over aggressive defense the paint can easily become the foundation of any attack of Memphis. But also Randolph can not have monster nights every night , especially if you count on Duncans experience. A close one , we will see…

Die Nuggets haben die ersten beiden Spiele der Series deutlich verloren, das tut weh und man muss jetzt zu Hause zurückschlagen, sonst ist ein Sweep sehr wahrscheinlich. Dabei hoffen sie auf ihre Heimstärke, immerhin haben die Jungs aus Colorado im Pepsi Center während der regulären Saison nur achtmal verloren. Zudem erhofft sich das Team von Coach George Karl neuen Schwung durch die Rückkehr von Arron Afflalo. Die Stütze der Denver-Defensive kehrt nach über zwei Wochen Verletzungspause endlich wieder aufs Spielfeld zurück. Wie lange er aber spielen kann und ob er wirklich den gewünschten Leistungsschub bringt steht bislang noch in den Sternen.
In den ersten beiden Spielen wurde die Verteidigung der Nuggets von Oklahoma's Star-Duo Russell Westbrook und Kevin Durant förmlich auseinander genommen. Ich denke nicht, dass Denver die beiden heute direkt unter Kontrolle bekommen wird, Motivation durch Heimvorteil und Affalo hin oder her. Während ich mir durchaus vorstellen kann, dass Westbrook weitestgehend aus dem Spiel genommen wird, sehe ich diese Möglichkeit bei Durant nicht. Er gilt nicht ohne Grund als einer der talentiertesten und unberechenbarsten Spieler der NBA – und kann sein Team auch heute zum Sieg führen. Ich traue der Thunder also alles in allem durchaus zu den dritten Sieg im dritten Spiel zu holen. Ich spiele daher die Gäste in der Moneyline an, sichere aber mit dem Spread von fünf Punkten ab.
