"The server is down for maintenance, sorry for the inconvenience..."
This error message does not always mean that the server is really down. This issue arises from a bug in the latest version (i.e. IE 6.0) of Internet Explorer. This problem is just with Internet Explorer 6.0 and it can be fixed by downloading and installing the update version file found in the link below.

Simply click on the link above, click the download button on the right hand side of the screen. When it prompts you to save or open, choose open and then when it asks you if you want to install it, press yes and continue with the defaults for the rest of the prompts. If you need any assistance please call 481-8800.

Hab zur Zeit auch Probleme mit dem Internet.
Mit der Zeit bricht 1. die Verbindung ab.
2. Kann ich sie dann nicht wieder herstellen.
3. Zeitweise funktioniert das Internet nur in einem Fenster!

Arbeitskollege von mir hat das gleiche, hat aber dazwischen einen Router, er sagt er muß ständig PC runter und Neustarten.

Hab jetzt den XP Service Patch 2 installiert, jetzt sieht es so aus als würde alles funktionieren!

Du meinst wahrscheinlich das Service PACK 2, nicht Patch 2. Und das ist selbstverständlich unter Downloads bei Microsoft verfügbar, die müssen ja ihre Fehler in dem Betriebssystem beheben, LOL.
...oder, habe jetzt grad keinen Explorer offen, aber oben in der Leiste, Windows Update, das wist Du automatisch auf die Seite geleitet.
Viel Erfolg, und, schaut Euch ma den Firefox an!
