Adrian Uter scored a career-high 27 points on 12-of-13 shooting to lead Hofstra to a 76-62 victory over Siena Saturday for its 18th straight win at home. Hofstra continues to lurk near the top of the CAA standings in third place with just two weeks left in the season and 1.5 games behind Colonial Athletic League leading George Mason. I see this game as a must win situation for Hofstra if they want to contend for the Title. Hofstra is 5-0 ATS vs William & Mary and I look for Hofstra to come out of the gate on "FIRE" tonight and should win by 10+ against this team...

Bei Appalachian State fällt Cranford aus, wer kennt ihn nicht... [[rofl]]

Ne, hat in den letzten 4 Spielen 14.3 Punkte pro Spiel gemacht, heute 0, er fehlt halt.

Letztes Spiel 1 Punkt hinter deren Topscoerer, davor Drittbester, davor bester Scorer.

Dazu halt auf die Heimmanschaft, hab mal mehr oder weniger gesehen, dass wenn es Überraschungen gibt, dann eher, dass ein Homodedog zuschlägt, heute gibts mal ein 75-64!

Hofstra hatte ich schon auf dem Schein, aber die gewinnen mir auswärts nie deutlich genug, und ich will beim Collegebasket nicht auf Awaywinner gehen, weiß nicht, wenn Teams richtig überraschen, dann meist Homedogs, aber kein Plan! [[grin]]

Santa Clara played Saturday night in Hawaii and two days later is expected to take on the Dons who have had a full week to prepare for this game. San Francisco beat the Broncos by eight at Santa Clara just over three weeks ago and the Broncos are scoring just 62.1 points on the road this season compared to Frisco’s 73.0 points per game at home. Santa Clara plays lots of underclassmen and I just don’t see them having enough gas left to hang with the Dons tonight.
