Das Spiel wurde abgebrochen beim Stand von 2:1 in der 59. Minute.
Nun wertete Expekt aus und zwar mit 1,00. Andere Bookies jedoch zahlten aus. Deshalb schrieb ich Expekt (Alle Emails Englischer Support) an:
1. Mail Montag -> Keine Antwort
Fragte bei Expekt nach, warum sie mit 1,00 quotierten und andere Bookies diese Wette auszahlen...
Nach 3 Tagen Wartezeit, wieder angeschrieben:

Ist doch sowas von lächerlich, hat mich sehr aufgeregt, ein Support sollte doch Wissen was er schreibt, was jetzt ausgewertet wird und was nicht, vor allem 4 Tage nachdem Spiel, verstehe nicht wie so eine Mail rausgehen kann wenns nicht stimmt. Ist ja kein Livesupport, wo eine sofortige Antwort erfolgen muss. Kein Verständnis dafür.

Macht natürlich schon einen Unterschied beim Gewinn, hatte es als 4er Kombi gespielt und es war eine 1.65 Quote. Trotzdem ganz mieser Support von Expekt und nie wird sich entschuldigt oder sonst was. Auf negative Sachen wird erst gar nicht eingegangen. Werde wohl demnächst komplett auszahlen lassen... Teil is unterwegs.
Was auch gesagt werden muss: Diese 1-2 Tage für eine Moneybookers Auszahlung is total unverständlich, für was brauchen die 2 Tage? Eine Überweisung bei MB geht in Sekunden, Stunden sind ok. Aber Tage?
Nicht das hier ein falscher Eindruck entsteht, natürlich zählt Expekt zu den seriösen Bookies, trotzdem möchte ich so ein Verhalten nicht akzeptieren.
